Default Problem Editing Account/Adding Users and processing rfa files

Hello all
It seems to be that I cannot access account info in order to add users. I just get an empty pop-up stating "Navigation to webpage was canceled" and when I refresh it, I get a new message box stating:

"This program cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.

Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

More information

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain."

I also have been unsuccessful at processing .rfa files (it hangs up on the first one every time.)

My guess is that both of these issues have something to do with still running 2010 on windows XP?

Thanks!

Hi

We have found the reason for rfa processing hanging, it does have someting to do with Revit 2010 and XP, but we might be able to get a fix for it, and will update the relevant file(s) as soon as we can.

Please check back here in an hour for our update status

Hi

If you are using Revit 2010 on Windows XP, Revit processing will not work right now.
We are working on a fix and will have an update as soon as we have made the relevant changes.

This change along with the following will be available for download tomorrow:
NEW - Project Estimator - Unclassified products will be grouped and totalled.
NEW - Project Estimator - Product names (Currently Family Name - Type Name) will include an option to supply an alias.
FIX - Project Estimator - Some products can't be edited
FIX - Revit 2010 on Windows XP hangs on processing RFAs
